If you are not happy with the product that you have ordered, or it isn’t what you wanted or it is faulty, don’t worry, you have 15 days from when you received you order to send it back to us free of charge and we will give you a refund or you can exchange it for something else if you so wish, as long as the item has not been used and isn’t damaged in any way. If you are returning a faulty product please read the specific point for this case at the end of this article.

You can return a product free of charge, only in Spain. If your return (because you don´t like the product) is outside Spain, you should pay the cost of delivery, and you should send by a any certificate shippment method.
When you are returning a product please get in touch with our returns and refund department within the aforesaid 15 days, by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org (stating the order number and the name on the order in the subject matter) and ask for the return code. This will be assigned and you will be given instructions to follow with the courier service to whom you have to give the return ticket.
It is very important that the product that you are going to return is in its original packaging with all its accessories and with its label intact, it must not have been used or be damaged.
We will pay the postage fees for returning your order as long as the product in question is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and it is being returned from the same country that it was sent to. If these requirements are not fulfilled, www.anekke.com reserves the right to refuse to refund this return or to pay the costs of returning the product. In some countries we cannot pay for the return of the product and the client will be asked to send it back and pay for the postage costs incurred in returning it. These expenses would be deducted according to the case in question.
Once we have received your package and made sure that it is in perfect condition, we will then refund the amount paid for the merchandise being returned using the same method of payment used when it was bought and in favour of the person who bought it. This refund might take 15 days, depending on the payment method and your bank.
If this package is rejected for not complying with the refund and return conditions, it shall be sent back to its original address, after you have been notified of this via email, whereby you will be sent a tracking number and the name of the courier service that will deliver it to you.
With regard to orders that have been paid for by means of the cash on delivery method, you will be asked for a bank account number in which the corresponding amount will be paid. It can take anywhere between 2 and 5 days for the amount to be returned according to your bank.
Anekke reserves the right to give a refund or an exchange for returns sent back or reported outside the time period established or if the products returned are not in the same condition as they were when the client received them.
Sending the order.
The order you make through www.anekke.com will be delivered by our courier service in between 1 and 7 working days approximately, according to the delivery address and the delivery method. Your order will be delivered during the normal business hours of the transportation company in question. Outside the European Union deliveries can take up to 15 days. To avoid any incidents occurring in terms of delivering your order (wrong address, impossible to get in touch with you if the courier service cannot find your address, etc.), it is essential that you fill in the order form correctly, and it is very important that you make sure that the stated telephone number when making the order is the right one. You should always use a postal address instead of a P.O. Box to avoid any incidents or delays in the delivery of your order.
Important information for orders made outside the European Union:
www.anekke.com cannot be held responsible for any type of customs duties imposed on the package coming into your country if the delivery address is outside the European Union or anywhere else that has special customs tariffs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or anywhere else within the EU). This might be a set amount, a percentage or both of these and it is calculated according to the specific laws of each country that we cannot inform you of because we do not have this type of information.
Your order will be delivered to the address that is stated on your order form. If you have made a mistake when supplying the data for the delivery of the order in our website www.anekke.com, we cannot be responsible for not being able to deliver it or the costs incurred in such. Returns for a faulty product
If you receive your Anekke product and you notice that it is faulty in any way, please ask us for a new one as there are no additional costs involved, or you can ask for a refund. Please do not forget to send us a photo and the order number when sending us an email to returns email@example.com explaining what the problem is, and we will send you all the information you need so that you do not have to pay anything.
The delivery and refund times are the same as those in the cases of withdrawal.
